Terms
These terms cover Regready's checker, register-ready packs, sessions and reminders. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@getregready.co.uk.
What Regready is
Regready is independent help to get ready for England's Private Rented Sector Database ("Register your rental property"). It is not a government service, and it is not legal advice. Our information is based on GOV.UK guidance and the draft regulations, which may change.
What you're responsible for
- You register yourself on GOV.UK and submit your own entry. We never log in as you or ask for your login.
- You check every answer before you submit it. The information you give the register is your responsibility.
- Your certificates, licences and other legal duties as a landlord remain yours.
Packs, sessions and reminders
- Register-ready pack: we prepare your answers from the information you give us, usually within three working days.
- Register with you: a video call of about 30 minutes, booked at a time that suits you. You can rearrange with 24 hours' notice.
- Stay registered: email reminders about updates, renewals and certificates, based on the dates you give us. Reminders help; they don't replace your own diary.
Founding prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site and include everything; we're not VAT registered. A founding price is held for anyone who reserves before 15 December 2026. The £65 register fee is paid to the government, not to us.
Refunds
If we haven't delivered your pack or your session hasn't taken place, you can cancel for a full refund at any time. After that, if something we prepared was wrong, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Stay registered can be cancelled at any time, with a refund for unused full months.
Our liability
We take care to get things right, but we can't guarantee the government's rules or dates won't change. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
